Product description
WordMat+ is an add-in for Microsoft Word that extends the functionality with mathematical and technical tools. To use WordMat+, a valid and functioning installation of Microsoft Word is required.

The functions in the program appear on the website eduap.com and in the manual at www.eduap.com/wordmatdoc. The functions are continuously adapted through updates of the program.
When purchasing WordMat+, the program will be activated immediately after the purchase.

System requirements and compatibility
WordMat+ is dependent on Microsoft Word and the operating system’s functionality. Changes in Microsoft Word, e.g. via updates, versions or configuration changes, may affect WordMat+’s function. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compatibility between their version of Word and WordMat+. The developer cannot be held responsible for errors or reduced functionality as a result of changes in third-party software.

Payment
All amounts are stated in EURO, including VAT for EU residence.
Eduap accepts online payments with internatiol cards. We do not charge any transaction fees for your purchase.
The payment for the order will be deducted from your account upon ordering, and your service will be available immediately.
Eduap uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.

Right of cancellation
When paying for WordMat+, the program is already installed and is only activated. By paying
you consent to the delivery of the service beginning immediately, and that the right of cancellation thereby lapses.

Right of complaint
You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. The complaint covers errors and omissions in the program that are not due to the user’s own equipment or changes in third-party software. The right to complain does not apply to problems related to the user’s antivirus or security software. Contact the supplier of these if they incorrectly prevent WordMat+ from working.

Support
No support is provided for the use of the program. See www.eduap.com/wordmatdoc for the manual.
If WordMat+ does not work as promised, in accordance with the 2-year right to complain, contact us via e-mail.
Note that this does not concern WordMat, but only WordMat+.

License
WordMat+ is sold as a license for personal use on the computer on which the purchase is made. The license is tied to the computer in question, but is not time-limited. The absence of a time limit does not mean that it is guaranteed that the program will work indefinitely, in accordance with the right of complaint & limitation of liability.
It is not permitted to redistribute, modify or copy the program.

Limitation of liability
The developer of WordMat+ disclaims any responsibility for direct or indirect losses that may arise as a result of the use of the program, including – but not limited to – loss of data, operational disruptions or incompatibility with future versions of Microsoft Word.

Personal data
When you purchase a service and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Eduap only stores your email, country and a hardware ID that can identify your computer. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it is collected. Hardware ID is used to link the license to your computer and email to send activation codes and for identification for support. Country is used for VAT payment via OSS.

We use third parties in connection with the payment itself, which is not developed by Eduap. We have entered into a data processing agreement with our partner as a guarantee that they comply with current rules on the protection of personal data. There is an agreement with Stripe as a payment provider. Transfer to a third country (USA) may occur in accordance with the EU standard contract clause. Stripe stores the payment information: name, address, IP address. This is necessary in accordance with legislation on bookkeeping and anti-money laundering rules, and in order to collect correct VAT.

If you have a complaint about your purchase of WordMat+, please contact us in writing at eduap@eduap.com. We strive to answer all inquiries within 5 working days.
